Exhibitor Registration Portal
- Each exhibiting company POC will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Exhibitor Registration Portal on March 13, 2026.
- The Exhibitor Registration Portal will allow the exhibitor company POC to register complimentary booth personnel, purchase additional booth personnel passes, as well as purchase Lead Retrieval.
- Add-ons such as the Learning Labs, Welcome Reception, and the SIIMFund Reception tickets will also be available for purchase in the Exhibitor Registration Portal.
- The company information (name, logo, product categories, description, website) in the Exhibitor Registration Portal will be visible in the Meeting App.
Booth Personnel Badges
- All complimentary badges must be submitted by the pre-registration deadline of June 3, 2026.
- Companies will receive three (3) complimentary badges per 10' x 10' booth space purchased. The matrix below indicates the number of complimentary badges allotted for each booth size.

- The company name which appears on your exhibitor badge must match your SIIM26 InformaticsTECH Expo Booth Application & Contract.
- Booth personnel badges allow access to the exhibit hall and the education program sessions.
- Exhibitors and their vendors, contractors and agents must always wear their SIIM-issued badges in the exhibit hall(s), including during installation and dismantle. Supplementing the official SIIM badge with business cards, ribbons or company badges is considered a violation of the regulations.
- Company booth personnel badges are restricted to exhibiting company employees only, engaged in the display, demonstration, application, or sale of the company’s products and/or services. Anyone assigned to a Company personnel booth badge must be actively involved in sales or demonstrations in the booth during the meeting.
- It is a violation to admit a person eligible for professional registration (radiologists, physicians, hospital support personnel, etc.) as exhibitor personnel, as is registering representatives of vendor companies who do not have a booth presence on the show floor as exhibitor personnel. False certification of individuals as exhibitor representatives, misuse of exhibitor badges or any other method of assisting unauthorized persons to gain access to the exhibit floor will result in payment of the on-site registration fee for each violation.
- Employees of Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs), and other third-party vendors must be registered as booth personnel.
- Name badges are non-transferable and are intended for the sole use of the registered individual. Loaning a badge to another individual or swapping a badge with another registered attendee is a violation of these Rules and will result in the Exhibitor being assessed the applicable on-site registration fee for the additional individual.
- SIIM does not offer Guest Exhibit Hall Passes or Exhibit Hall Only Passes.
CE/CME for Booth Personnel
- Exhibitors with booth personnel badges are not eligible to receive CME/CE credits.
- Individuals who wish to claim CE/CME must be registered as a full meeting attendee to receive CME/CE credits.
SIIM Corporate Member Benefit
- SIIM Corporate Members receive two (2) complimentary full meeting registrations for any of their personnel that would like to claim CE/CME.
- These registrations go through the regular SIIM26 Registration Process, after receiving a special complimentary code from SIIM’s Membership Department.
Note: Any booth personnel that registers for full meeting registration will need to request their exhibitor badge at the time of check-in at onsite registration so that they are able to enter the Exhibit Hall.
Onsite Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration & Badge Pick-Up
- Onsite booth personnel registration will be located outside Exhibit Hall A at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Badges will not be distributed in bulk to one representative of the Company; each individual Company representative will be responsible for procuring badges at the registration area.
- Onsite badges will only be issued to individuals presenting a company business card or letterhead, or with an official company representative present.
- The exhibit hall will be open to badged exhibitor personnel two (2) hours before the hall opens and two (2) hours after the hall closes each day.
