How To Apply

Step 2:Upon acceptance, complete the SIIM27 Booth Application & Contract(opens in new tab), and pay all fees associated with exhibiting at the annual meeting
Eligibility Requirements
- Date of Incorporation: No earlier than 8 years ago
- Finance: Revenue must not exceed $2 million annually
- Product/Service: Medical Enterprise Imaging Informatics-related, and implemented in less than 10 institutions
- Consulting firms, subsidiaries or startups acquired by a large company are not eligible to participate
Startup Street Exhibitor Benefits
- Kiosk Price: $2,250 per application
- SIIM will provide kiosks with custom graphics/logo (includes counter, 2 stools, and carpet)

Startup Street Guidelines
- Exhibitors will be permitted to enter the exhibit hall 2 hours prior to the time the exhibit hall opens and are permitted to stay in the exhibit hall 2 hours after it closes. Please note exhibitors do not have 24/7 access to the exhibit hall.
- AV, internet, and electrical are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- All expenses associated with submission and participation at SIIM 2027 are the responsibility of the company submitting the Startup(opens in new tab) Street Eligibility Application.
- Startup Street exhibitors must adhere to the official SIIM27 (opens in new tab)Exhibit Rules + Regulations.
- SIIM reserves the right to cancel the SIIM Startup Street if at least four qualified applications are not received. If canceled, all confirmed participants will be issued a full refund.
