Booking within the conference housing block helps keep registration and housing rates affordable for all attendees. Without your support, we face financial penalties for unused hotel rooms. If the minimum number of overnight accommodations is not met, SIIM must pay penalties, which could result in higher event registration fees for future programs. Reserving your hotel room through the approved housing blocks is critical to avoiding these costs. We strongly encourage you to book your stay through the official SIIM25 housing block to help us maintain affordable rates for this and future events.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Connections Housing is the Official Housing Provider for SIIM25 + InformaticsTECH Expo. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Connections Housing is not approved or authorized by SIIM. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. SIIM does not provide these companies with any contact information. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to SIIM or Connections Housing.
