Verification & Invoicing: Once membership status is verified, SIIM will send an electronic invoice for the total rate.
Pay Your Invoice: Process your payment through the SIIM portal. Note: Payment is final and non-refundable.
Finalize Your Registrations: Once your payment is received, SIIM will email you two unique discount codes. You will register for each conference on each organization's respective sites.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the SIIM-DPA Bridge Pass, you agree to the following.
- Request Process: Submitting the interest form does not constitute a registration. Registration is secured once you:
1) pay the invoice and
2) register for each conference using the codes provided to you in your payment confirmation email. - Verification of Membership: You authorize SIIM and DPA to share membership status data to determine the appropriate invoice amount. You must be a member of DPA prior to submitting the request form.
- Registration Includes: Access to the full conference program. Note - PV26: workshops and receptions included. SIIM26: optional add-ons like Learning Labs and receptions available for separate purchases.
- Final Sale Policy: The Bridge Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the invoice is paid, no cancellations or partial refunds will be issued.
- Single Payment: Payment is collected in full by SIIM. This fee covers both conferences registrations and applicable membership costs for SIIM.
- Price Point Validity: Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt or by May 29th (whichever comes first) to lock in the current rate. If the bundle offer expires, the invoice may be voided.
- Offer Expiration: This special offer is valid through May 29, 2026. Register for both conferences with the code by this date.
