Heather R. Gordon, BS, PMP

Heather Gordon is an IT Program Manager at Mayo Clinic, where she supports Radiology Systems and Informatics. With nearly 25 years of experience as a program and project manager, Heather leads a team that manages software implementations from image acquisition to archival, including PACS, DICOM routing, voice recognition and reporting, post-processing, and Imaging AI. She holds a B.S. degree in Scientific and Technical Communications from Michigan Technological University and is PMP certified. Heather’s expertise and leadership in radiology informatics significantly contribute to the advancement of medical imaging technologies.
