Shawni Hadfield is VP of Commercial Excellence at Mach7 Technologies, where she leads initiatives to optimize the company’s commercial strategy and revenue operations. In this role, Shawni is responsible for building and scaling a world-class commercial engine that makes it easy for healthcare organizations to fully leverage Mach7’s flexible, integrated imaging solutions. By aligning strategy, operations, and analytics across all revenue-generating functions, she ensures the company can deliver innovative technologies that allow clinicians to complete the patient picture with the patient’s pictures.
Shawni brings more than 15 years of international experience across finance, strategy, and operations. Prior to joining Mach7, she served as Chief Financial Officer at a high growth, international technology business, where she played a key role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and operational performance.
She began her career in professional services, working across five countries and advising organizations of varying sizes on strategy, financial decision-making, and operational effectiveness. Shawni is both a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
Shawni looks forward to helping healthcare organizations overcome barriers imposed by siloed technologies and legacy systems, enabling them to unlock the full potential of enterprise imaging for clinicians, patients, and operational leaders alike.
