The SIIM26 Annual Meeting is a paperless event. All attendees and exhibitor personnel should download the app on their mobile device to navigate onsite.
- Open your mobile device and click this link to access the SIIM26 App in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
- ATTENDEE LOG IN: Log in using your first and last name + email address. You will be redirected to your My SIIM Account to complete the sign in.
- EXHIBITOR LOG IN: Log in using your first and last name + email address. A code will be sent to your email to complete the sign in.
- Claim CE by adding sessions to your My Schedule before the end of the session.
- The SIIM26 App will be available for 30-days post meeting.

The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is a cashless venue. All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods are accepted throughout the venue.
All speakers must check in at the Speaker Ready Room no less than 6 hours prior to session. All presentations* will be pushed from the Speaker Ready Room. Personal laptops will not be permitted at the podium.

*Learning Labs are Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for both speakers and attendees. Please arrive at your session at least 20-30 minutes before set up. While we have backup dongles, you’re encouraged to bring your own to connect to the projector.

You can find your Registration ID in your confirmation email and on the back of your badge.
Using the meeting or virtual desktop app, navigate to the Event Agenda. On the meeting app, this can be found in the bottom navigation under “Schedule.” Use filters and tags to identify sessions of interest. Open the session and add to calendar/schedule.

To claim CE credit, you MUST add sessions to your My Schedule before they end and WATCH them LIVE.
- Click the "+" button for each session to easily add it to My Schedule. Note: It is not possible to add two concurrent sessions, you will need to select only one.
- Select Claim CE + Surveys under Quick Links on the home page or select Survey at the bottom of the Session Details page.
- Technologists (RT) must use the RT verification code provided on the last slide at the end of each session.
- CE/CME is only available for in-person and virtual live streaming attendees
- Complete the Survey before July 3, 2026.
- Allow 6 - 8 weeks for processing.
- We are sustainable! Printed schedules won’t be available at SIIM26.

ONLY Technologists claiming ASRT/ARRT need to add the verification code to their survey to validate their attendance, per ASRT/ARRT rules and regulations. CIIP, Physicians, and Physicists do NOT need to use the verification code.

Absolutely! Join us at the Convention Center’s Rooftop Terrace on Wed, Jun 10 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM for food, friends and music! If you didn’t purchase your ticket when you registered for the meeting, you can purchase it at the SIIM26 Registration Desk.
We encourage all attendees to join each other in the Expo Hall Food Court/ Concessions.

Yes, SIIM wireless radios will be utilized in the Expo Hall for all education sessions. Each Attendee and Exhibitor Personnel will receive one set during badge pickup and will be required to bring the radio every time they go to the Expo Hall. Wireless radios will be utilized for both stages (Learning Theater and Tech Talk Stage) and for the Posters & Demonstrations Roving Tours in the Expo Hall for all education sessions by both attendees and presenters. Using the radio is the only way to be able to listen to the sessions. Remember to bring your wireless radio with you each day! Replacements are not available.

Yes, as Vendors are SIIM’s 3rd largest Persona, SIIM not only allows, but encourages vendor participation in all educational sessions at the meeting.
Booth sales for SIIM27 will open in mid-October 2026, with an 8-week Priority Booth Selection Period for SIIM Corporate Members; after which it will open to all vendors in mid-December 2026.
SIIM 2027 Annual Meeting will take place on June 17-19 at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.
