About the Session

Women in imaging informatics often navigate leadership growth while balancing personal values, professional expectations, and internal barriers that can make advancement feel uncertain. This interactive workshop introduces a practical coaching framework designed to help participants examine how values influence decision-making, identify what may be holding them back, and move from reflection to purposeful action.

Through guided exercises, small-group breakout discussion, and facilitated large-group debrief, participants will apply the ACC model to real leadership and career challenges. Attendees will explore where their actions align with their priorities, recognize common confidence barriers, and leave with one realistic next step they can take toward more intentional leadership development.

  • Define the core components of the ACC coaching framework as they relate to leadership decision-making
