Dr. Missert is an Assistant Professor of Radiology with expertise in AI, computed tomography (CT), informatics, and high-energy physics. He currently serves as an AI Scientist at the Mayo Clinic, where his research focuses on developing AI applications to enhance the clinical utility of CT imaging. Committed to translational research, Dr. Missert has authored several AI-driven applications now in clinical use, including those for 3D semantic segmentation and the reduction of noise and artifacts in CT scans.
