Dr. David Chen leads the Artificial Intelligence and Informatics in Healthcare Lab in the Cleveland Clinic Diagnostics Institute and is the Associate Director of the Cardiovascular Innovation Research Center. His research focus is to learn mechanistic representations of the heart through biomedical imaging, innovative methods to learn from multi-domain healthcare data, and derive understanding of clinical processes through clinical data. He hopes his research will bring big data analytics to healthcare and bring next generation automated clinical support tools to patient and physician.
