Les R. Folio, DO, MPH, ACHIP, CIIP
Dr. Les Folio is the Imaging Informatics Section Chief, Radiology Services at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Association Hospital in Tampa FL.
He is also a Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
Dr. Folio pioneered interactive multimedia reporting in Feb 2015 and published its first clinical use in AJR in Sept 2015 and in Radiographics in March 2018. He has published 5 medical textbooks, has a patent on a combined CT Window Level and a patent on a portable x-ray imaging device.
