A key thought leader for point of care ultrasound (POCUS) workflows, Dr. Rob Ferre is the current Emergency Ultrasound Section Chair in the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). Working with IHE International, he led the effort on behalf of ACEP and industry partners to create interoperability standards for POCUS workflows. He currently serves as the program director for the Indiana University School of Medicine’s Point of Care Ultrasound Program and System Wide Medical Director of Point of Care Ultrasound for IU Health.
