Dr. Chen is a musculoskeletal radiologist at Cleveland Clinic serving as Vice Chair at the Diagnostics Institute and driving AI adoption for radiology and pathology. He steered the Institute’s imaging informatics team through four hospital acquisitions and a major PACS replacement, supporting a practice with over 3 million annual radiology examinations. After a ransomware attack disabled an affiliated hospital, he supported the local imaging service recovery efforts and led the enterprise radiology cyber-attack readiness task force. He holds ABMS certifications in Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and Clinical Informatics.
