Sébastien Jodogne (MSc, PhD) is a computer scientist specializing in health informatics, software engineering, computer vision, and medical imaging. He is assistant professor at UCLouvain, where he founded the Medical Informatics Laboratory (LIMe). He previously worked in industry at EVS and Euresys, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University Hospital of Liège, and co-founded the Osimis spin-off company. He is best known as the creator of Orthanc, a leading free and open-source ecosystem for DICOM interoperability. He promotes free and open-source technologies and leads research bridging medicine and artificial intelligence.
