Suitcase Marketing Policy

Suitcasing refers to the practice of non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting business in the public spaces of the conference, including another company’s exhibit space, and is specific to imaging informatics/enterprise imaging products and services. This policy is designed to protect the exhibitors, and investments made to participate at SIIM25, while at the same time maintaining the integrity of the exhibit hall. Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit area, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, other public spaces, or in another company’s booth will be asked to cease all sales efforts.
