All SIIM25 attendees should enter the Oregon Convention Center through the Main Entrance located on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. This entrance provides the most direct access to registration and event activities. Please follow event signage upon arrival.
You can access the SIIM25 App in the Apple Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
Log in using your first & last name + email address. You will receive a code via email to complete the login process.
- If you plan on watching any of the live stream sessions using the Desktop App, use this link to log in
- Use the + for each session to add it to your My Schedule. Note: You will not be able to add concurrent sessions to your schedule, only one session within a time block
- The SIIM25 App will be available for 30-days post meeting

The Oregon Convention Center is a cashless venue. To provide faster, safer, and more convenient service, the Oregon Convention Center has transitioned to a fully cashless environment. This helps reduce wait times, improves transaction security, and aligns with industry standards for modern event venues. All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods are accepted throughout the venue.
While cash is not accepted at concessions or retail areas, guests can convert cash to a prepaid card using onsite cash-to-card kiosks located throughout the facility. These cards can be used both at the convention center and anywhere major cards are accepted.
Be sure to pick up your TriMet MAX Light Rail pass at the SIIM25 registration desk. This complimentary pass gives you convenient access to Portland’s public transit system—making it simple to explore the city, commute to and from the Oregon Convention Center, and enjoy all that Portland has to offer throughout the week.

All speakers MUST check in at the SIIM25 Speaker Ready Room a minimum of 3-hours prior to their session. Presentations will be pushed from this room. Speakers will NOT be allowed to load their presentations directly in the presentation room (Learning Labs exempt).

Using the meeting or virtual desktop app, navigate to the Event Agenda. On the meeting app, this can be found in the bottom navigation under “Schedule.” Use filters and tags to identify sessions of interest. Open the session and add to calendar/schedule.

Yes, SIIM wireless radios will be utilized in the Expo Hall for all education sessions. Each Attendee and Exhibitor Personnel will receive one set during badge pickup and will be required to bring the radio every time they go to the Expo Hall. Wireless radios will be utilized for all 3 stages (Learning Theater 1, Learning Theater 2 and Tech Talk Stage) and for the Posters & Demonstrations Roving Tours in the Expo Hall for all education sessions by both attendees and presenters. Using the radio is the only way to be able to listen to the sessions. Be sure to bring your radio every time you come to the Exhibit Hall!
