In-Person Live Sessions

The SIIM25 Annual Meeting will take place May 21-23, 2025, in Portland, OR and will feature select live stream sessions. 

We encourage all faculty to review the Program Schedule to familiarize yourself with the meeting. 

 

SIIM25 Speaker Ready Room

All speakers must check in at the Speaker Ready Room no less than 6-hours prior to session. All presentations* will be pushed from the Speaker Ready Room. Personal laptops will not be permitted at the podium.

  • Fri, May 23 | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM PT

*Learning Labs are Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for both speakers and attendees. Please arrive at your session at least 20-30 minutes before set up. While we have backup dongles, you’re encouraged to bring your own to connect to the projector. 

 

Required Speaker Tasks

Per accreditation rules, all speakers are required to complete a series of tasks in the Speaker Portal. 

Speaker Portal 

  • Log in to the official SIIM speaker portal 
  • Complete all  tasks within the portal   
  • Upload presentation to the portal – before May 18  

 

PowerPoint Template

All formal presentations are encouraged to be made in PowerPoint. All presenters must use the official SIIM25 PPT Template.

  • Select SIIM25 sessions that are being recorded.
  • You must disclose any conflicts on a slide at the beginning of your presentation. See the placeholder slide in SIIM25 PPT Template.
  • Presenters may place their institution logos on the first and last slides.
  • Presentation rooms will have presenter mode available.
  • Presentations must be in a 16:9 ratio.

 

Presentation Upload – Open through May 18

All speakers must check in at the Speaker Ready Room (A104) regardless of previous upload to review and/or edit their slides. 

  • Speakers will not be allowed to use their own laptops and/or flash drives in the conference rooms. 
  • Regardless of online or in-person upload method, all speakers in these rooms must stop by the Speaker Ready room within 6 hours of their session to ensure slides are present as desired on our system computers.

Posters & Demonstrations

Poster presenters must set up and tear down their posters during the allotted times. Posters not up in time may be ineligible for awards. Posters left after the tear-down time will be disposed of. All poster presenters should be at their posters during the Posters & Demonstrations Roving Tours.  

Dimensions: Posters will have a 4’ (vertical) x 8’ (horizontal) tackboard to display materials
